Creating a User

Proceed as follows to create a new user:

  1. Select Device users > Create a user.
  2. Enter the first name under First name.
  3. Enter the last name under Last name.
  4. Enter the desired user name under User name.
  5. Enter the password under Password.

    Password must consist of at least 10 characters.

  7. Repeat the given password under Repeat password.

    The local user created first will automatically have admin rights.

  9. Activate the check box Administrator if necessary.
  10. Activate the check box Link CSM user if necessary.
  11. All linked CSM users will later be indicated in the tab CSM users and can be selected there.
  12. Select >Create a user<.
  13. A new user has been created.
  1. Go to >Create a user< to create another local user.
