Reset Password

Proceed as follows to reset the password:

  1. Select the corresponding CSM user from the list under > CSM user management and then click to >Reset password<.
  2. Select >Request token for password reset<.
  3. NOTICE

    A verification e-mail will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

    The verification e-mail contains a new token.

  4. Enter the new verification token from the verification e-mail.
  5. Enter the new password.
  6. Repeat the password and confirm with >Continue<.
  1. The passwordd has been reset successfully.
