Intended Use
Use the macsRemote and the mobile app (macsRemote Services) to establish a communication between vehicle and the Hella Gutmann Service Center through the Internet.
The Hella Gutmann service technician uses a ticket system to access the vehicle in the workshop via remote connection and to perform the requested service.
The remote access enables the Hella Gutmann service technician to do e.g. vehicle-specific calibrations of advanced driver assistance systems.
