Pairing the Laser Distance Meter

In the course of the initial start-up of the CSC-Tool Digital (2023) it is necessary to pair the laser distance meters with the Apple TV.

NOTICE

The pairing process of the laser distance meters will be done during the initial start-up by a service partner trained and authorized by Hella Gutmann.

A repeated pairing of the laser distance meters, however, may be necessary even in special situations such as local malfunctions or replacement of a lost or defect device.

The pairing process of the laser distance meters can be done either from the vehicle front or from the wheel center, which depends on the required reference mark (according to the information in the diagnostic device). The individual steps are described below.
